The S9 Search app, in full.

S9 Search is a seller-authorised analytics platform. Every capability below runs on data you explicitly grant through Amazon's standard authorisation workflow, is scoped to your account alone, and stops the moment you revoke access. This page describes everything the app does and exactly what it costs.

How the app connects to your account

01

You authorise from Seller Central

You grant S9 Search access from your own Seller Central account using Amazon's standard Selling Partner API authorisation flow. We never see, ask for, or store your Amazon login credentials.

02

We read only what you grant

The app reads only the data categories listed below, only for your account, only while your authorisation is active. Each capability names exactly what it reads.

03

You stay in control

Revoke access at any time from Seller Central. Your credentials are deleted within 24 hours of revocation and all stored data within 30 days, confirmed in writing.

What the platform does

Five capabilities, each built from a specific category of your own Amazon data, each delivered as dashboards and written reporting you can act on.

1 · Demand intelligence

Reads from your account: Brand Analytics search-term & search-query performance reports

Your Brand Analytics data, held on a rolling six-month window per marketplace (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES). Every query in your categories is scored for sustained growth — steady demand shifts are kept; one-week spikes, seasonal noise, and decaying terms are filtered out.

  • Rising search terms with sustained six-month momentum, per marketplace
  • Search-query performance: impressions, clicks and purchase share for the queries that matter to your catalogue
  • Repeat-purchase rates as a lifetime-value lens — which products deserve acquisition spend
  • Guides SEO copy, advertising keyword strategy, and new-product decisions

2 · Sales & profitability

Reads from your account: orders & financial settlement data — units, revenue, fees, refunds; aggregated, no buyer detail

Your order and settlement feeds turned into true margin and profit reporting, so you see what each product actually earns after Amazon's costs — not just what it sells.

  • Margin and profit at ASIN and account level, tracked over time
  • Fee, refund and settlement breakdowns per product and marketplace
  • Flags products where fees or refunds are quietly eroding profitability

3 · Pricing intelligence

Reads from your account: offer & featured-offer pricing for your own listings

Your offer and featured-offer (buy box) pricing tracked continuously, surfacing competitiveness signals before they cost you sales.

  • Price history per ASIN and marketplace
  • Featured-offer share monitoring — where your buy-box position is at risk
  • Connects price moves to what followed: rank, traffic and conversion changes

4 · Listing & content monitoring

Reads from your account: listing content — titles, attributes, A+ content

Daily snapshots of your listing content with alerts when something changes — catching unauthorised or accidental edits before they cost you conversion.

  • Change alerts on titles, attributes, images and A+ content
  • Full change history per ASIN — what changed, when
  • Pairs content changes with performance shifts so you know which edits helped

5 · Category & traffic context

Reads from your account: Sales & Traffic metrics via Amazon Data Kiosk — where you licence Data Kiosk; optional

Aggregated sessions, page views, and conversion at ASIN level, contextualising every signal above. Rising demand with falling conversion points to a listing gap, not a demand problem.

  • Sessions, page views and unit-session percentage per ASIN per day
  • Joins demand, pricing and content signals to on-listing behaviour

What we never access, and never do

Never accessed

  • No buyer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
  • No order-level detail attributable to individual buyers
  • No payment or financial-instrument data
  • No Personally Identifiable Information of any kind

Never done

  • Your data is never aggregated with other sellers' data, for any purpose
  • Insights derived from your data are never sold, shared, or published — they exist only in your reports
  • Nothing is shared beyond you and any agency you explicitly nominate to receive your own reports

All data is stored encrypted in Google Cloud's London region (europe-west2) with least-privilege access and full audit logging. Full details: About · Data Protection Policy.

New-signal guarantee. If a report refresh would contain fewer than 30% new terms versus your previous report, we skip that cycle and you are not charged.

Quote-based plans. Platform and agency subscriptions are priced on the number of brands and marketplaces. Example: a single brand in one marketplace sits at the lower end; an agency running several brands across all five marketplaces is quoted per brand with volume discounts. Tell us your portfolio via the request form or hello@s9search.com and we'll reply with a written quote within 24 hours.

How findings reach you

Findings arrive as dashboards plus a structured written report each cycle — quarterly as standard on report plans, monthly on Platform & Agency subscriptions. This isn't another dashboard to learn: each report leads with what's worth acting on, with the evidence underneath.

You can nominate your agency to receive copies of your reports. Nothing is shared with anyone else, ever.
